The Chicago Storm recently announced the addition of Alavanja to their roster for the upcoming 2008-2009 XSL campaign. The 31-year-old previously played for the Storm from 2004 to 2006.
Alavanja starred in the midfield for the Irons last season, tallying 16 goals and 16 assists in 28 matches. New Jersey will look to the newly inked Lucio and Jonathan Steele to pick up the production in the midfield.
