Pics From XtremBol Soccer Tourney

A few of us here at the Local Fe26 made it out to the Ironmen's XTremBol street soccer tournament today in the Prudential Center parking lot. The event turned out to be a pretty good time despite the early rainy weather. Below are a few pictures that we took of the scene. Click on each image to enlarge.

I've never seen anything like this. This was amazing. It adds a brand new/fresh element to the game. My compliments to the Xtrembol guys. They pulled it off.

The rain could not stop this event. Great turnout, even with the bad weather. I am for showcasing our culture by any means necessary and letting everyone know we can come together without liquor and violence. I hope the next one is as exciting and fun as yesterday’s

I didn't know what to expect. It was a great show of soccer. The players were ultimate athletes battling it out in the rain. Let me know when's the next one.

I don't like regular soccer but I was there at the Prudential Center and this type of soccer I like...Much props to the players who I could tell were exhausted by the days end...What a highlight when St. Benedicts High School and then Tony Meola showed up. Very impressive work by the Ironmen and Xtrembol staff...looking forward to the next one.

Soccer in the states needs a new look, a new face and I think these Xtrembol guys are onto something. They have struck a nerve. You felt the energy in the air, the drama in the cages and the culture on stage. I want to see more, please let us know when the next one is.
